The Pinion MGU, the world’s first fully integrated motor gearbox unit for e-bikes, was awarded the Audience Award at the VR INNOVATIONs Award 2025. The award ceremony took place on July 10 as part of the VR Innovation Congress at the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden in front of over 1,000 guests from the worlds of business, SMEs and finance.

With the official handover of a Pinion MGU (Motor.Gearbox.Unit) and a Bulls Vuca EVO AM 2 to the Deutsches Museum in Munich, these innovative products from Pinion and Bulls become part of the new mountain biking exhibition set to open in fall 2025. Already now, the MGU and the Vuca EVO AM 2 are on display in the museum’s entrance area – as technological highlights and symbols of the future of cycling.
