Pinion in the press

3. November 2022

In recent weeks, there has been increased coverage of Pinion in local newspapers, but also nationally.
Through the strategic participation of the Canadian group BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products Inc.), the course for further growth has been set – the future-oriented product strategy can be further advanced.

Furthermore, “Made in Germany” is far more than just a marketing claim for us. Every Pinion manual transmission is produced handmade in Denkendorf. Thanks to an excellent supplier infrastructure, only short transport distances have to be covered. Even before delivery to dealers and wheel manufacturers worldwide, each product is extensively tested in the highly professional test bench.

If you want to get an insight into the assembly, take a look at the assembly video on our You Tube channel.

PINION SMART.SHIFT IN DOWNHILL WORLDCUP

PINION SMART.SHIFT IN DOWNHILL WORLDCUP

Our Pinion Smart.Shift technology caused a sensation last year with the Stromer ST7. In the future, the electric shift control will also be seen in combination with other e-bikes in the E-Speed and E-Light categories, as well as for the first time as a version with its own power supply for normal Pinion bikes without motor assistance.

For the past two years, the Swiss professional team Gamux Racing has been relying on the advantages of our gearbox technology in professional cycling and is developing its own downhill bikes around the central gear shift.
