Theory and practical training, hands-on with the products
Our experts impart the knowledge to you in various slots, which include both theoretical and practical parts.
Participation and billing are handled through FIT. Registration is done via the FIT online shop.
Training content presented by Pinion:
– Brief introduction and overview of the Pinion brand and its products
– Advantages of Pinion gearbox shifting and MGU
– Structure and functions of the MGU, shifting, Start and Pre.Select, Auto.Shift
– MGU installation and work around the MGU
– Troubleshooting, noises, and Gates belt topics (measuring and determining belt line)
– Smart.Shift, functions, Smart.Shift app, installation of Smart.Shift Box
Practical part:
– Assembly/disassembly of MGU
– Gates Carbon Drive – measuring belt line
– Belt adjustment via APP
Training content presented by FIT:
– Brief introduction to FIT systems and components
– Service case procedure: FIT Service Portal
– Maintenance: FIT Gateway and FIT Maintenance Tool
– System offerings OEM vs. system offerings for specialist dealers
– Chargers / Update / Upgrade
– Key Card & APP functions
– Specialist dealer area, e-learning portal Myagi & FIT E-Shop
Practical part:
– Most common sources of errors that can affect the stability of the FIT system
– Diagnostic option: KTS case (Cross-Swap System)
Process, Service, and Fee
Process and content are identical on each training day. The trainings start at 9:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM.
The participation fee is 79 EUR (net) and includes the following services:
