Theory and practical training, hands-on with the products
Our experts will impart their knowledge to you in various slots, which include both theoretical and practical components.
Participation and billing are handled by FIT. Registration takes place via the FIT online shop.
Training content presented by FIT:
- Brief information about the Smartscale company and introduction to the FIT system
- Service case procedure: FIT Service Portal
- Maintenance: FIT Gateway, FIT Maintenance Tool, error log
- System offering OEM vs. system offering specialist retailers. Why modifications to FIT are not approved.
- Chargers / update / upgrade
- Key card & app functions
- Specialist dealer area, Myagi e-learning portal & FIT e-shop
Practical section:
- Most common sources of error, how to achieve stability in the FIT system
- Diagnostic option: KTS case (cross-exchange system)

Approximately 80% of the FIT training content is the same as last year.

PROCEDURE, SERVICES, AND FEES
The schedule and content are identical on each day of the training course. The training courses start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m.
The participation fee is EUR 89 (net) and includes the following services:

- Lunch
- Drinks & snacks
- Certificate of participation
Various information:
Depending on the location, parking fees may apply, which must be paid by the participants themselves. Extraordinary services that are not part of the training program, such as overnight stays, additional drinks at the bar, etc., are not included in the price of the training and must be paid for by the participants themselves.
