With the successful completion of the FIT X PINION dealer training tour 2025/2026, FIT and Pinion can look back on an intensive and practical training season. Over the past few months, around 1,000 specialist dealers from all over Europe took part in the training courses and prepared themselves specifically for the requirements of selling and servicing modern e-bikes.
At a total of 36 training locations in six countries (Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France), the expert teams from FIT and Pinion imparted comprehensive knowledge about gearbox and drive technologies, new products, and efficient service and maintenance processes in German, Dutch, French, and English. The focus was on combining sound theory with practical workshops. The training concept was aimed at specialist dealers and workshops that sell and service e-bikes with the Pinion MGU and FIT e-bike system integration. In addition to technical content, the focus was also on service processes, diagnostic tools, and software functions. The Myagi e-learning portal and the FIT e-shop for spare parts and after-sales business were also presented. Apart from the workshop content, there was always time for personal exchanges between the experts and participants.
With the conclusion of the 2025/2026 training tour, Pinion and FIT have once again underscored the importance of continuous training in the e-bike segment. The insights and feedback gained from specialist retailers will be directly incorporated into the further development of future training formats.
