Ramsay, the flying Scotsman

Ramsay MacFarlane is Enduro racer, MTB guide and trail coach in Scotland. He is one of those riders who are thrilled about innovations in mountain biking. Riding daily and in all weather conditions in the Scottish Highlands, Ramsay counts on his “low-wear gearbox-bikes” from Nicolai for years – the full-suspension bike Ion G16 GPI for the rough terrain and the hardtail Argon for more moderate use and kids’ courses. Following the successful product launch of the Pinion Motor.Gearbox.Unit and the expansion of Smart.Shift technology (electric shifting, including for non-e-bikes), the course has been set for further growth at the drive specialist from Stuttgart. In order to optimally serve the high demand for Pinion products in the long term, Pinion is strengthening its sales division and making organizational adjustments.
