After the busy home office period (due to Corona), Pinion employees met in perfect summer weather, live and in color, in the nostalgic courtyard of the old mechanical engineering building. The team around the managing directors Christoph Lermen, Michael Schmitz and Thomas Raith has grown strongly in recent months. Currently, more than 60 women and men are part of the workforce. After the “Pinion Rallye” at the latest, everyone knew who “belonged” where. Repetition follows!
Saturday was then “Open House” for family and friends. During various house tours, young and old visitors got an insight into the business premises and the production. Because: The Pinion gearboxes are all assembled in Denkendorf and shipped from there to various addresses (bike manufacturers, dealers, end customers) around the world.
Various bikes with Pinion gearboxes could be subjected to extensive practical testing on two test tracks in the adjacent forest. The RSV Denkendorf provided the necessary refreshment afterwards with delicious specialties from the grill.
Photo Box, Kids Outdoor Course, Painting Corner, Candy Bar & Co. ensured that no one was bored. And so it is clear that the premiere of “Family & Friends” was a complete success.
