The Pinion E-Drive System makes it easy for bike manufacturers to combine different components to create individual solutions as all component options are compatible with each other. This allows for bikes to be optimally designed and tailored for their intended use while the intuitive and customizable smartphone app provides all relevant riding data and setting options to make the most of the Pinion E-Drive System.

MACHINE INTERFACEs
Next to the modular approach and sleek design, the displays feature excellent readability in all lighting situations and can be connected to control, manage and display a whole host of digital functions.
The various options for remotes with their backlight buttons are intuitive, easy to use, can be operated without taking the hand of the handlebars and also feature the option of an integrated display. Vibrations give riders subtle but distinctly noticeable haptic feedback that rises in intensity with the bike’s speed.

FIT DISPLAY COMFORT
The Comfort Display (FIT DSP1-L) is characterised by its 3.5-inch colour screen, which is particularly easy to read. The Bluetooth connectivity enables additional features such as navigation, heart rate measurement and much more besides the standard functions.

FIT DISPLAY COMPACT
The compact display (FIT DSP1-M) impresses with its 2-inch colour screen and is extremely handy. It offers basic functions such as time, display of charge status, range, kilometre reading and light control.

The actuation of the gear change is almost as important for the ride experience. Therefore, we’ve invested countless hours on the haptic feel and ergonomics of the TE1 E-Trigger Shifter to ensure that changing gears feels as satisfying at the fingers as it feels on the pedals.

Battery Options
The Pinion E-Drive System uses the newest generation of lithium-ion battery cells and features an intelligent battery management system protecting the batteries from overloading as well as potential faults and issues. The different battery options are tailored to each application and capacity need and include fully integrated and also removable 480-960 Wh battery options and a range extender with 535 Wh on top.
All of the batteries can be charged on the bike via a charge port without the need to remove the battery.

The FIT Standard Charger 48 V is the ideal charger for everyday use. For more charging power, the FIT Standard Charger can be upgraded from 3 A to 4.8 A.

The unique FIT Key Card is the entry ticket into the digital world of any Pinion-powered ebike. The induvial ID utilizes the ABUS SmartX-Technology and provides a secure connection with the bike through a unique key. Scanning the QR-code with the E-Bike Control App also unlocks handy additional functions.
